Images from Barefoot. Barefoot Rock is a collective of music lovers and vinyl collectors who share their passion with others. The "djs" include amongst others Howie Houghton who is one of the founding fathers of Barefoot Rock. Howie is well respected on the soul, r&b circuit having played at Lincoln's Ad Lib club as resident dj, Scarborough's Melting Pot, Hull's Mojo and The Itch and recently at Lincoln's Drill Hall Soul All Dayer,
Barefoot Rock's other founding father Andrew Vasey is also a respected face on the soul, r&b circuit. Also a resident dj at Lincoln's Ad Lib club, Hull's Mojo, Skegness and Lincoln's Drill Hall Soul All Dayer.
Other djs include Alan Swires also of Ad Lib club fame, Andy Penny organizer of the Drill Hall All Dayers. Andy has a soul/funk collection to astound and amaze, Sean Mowle who is also the resident dj at Lincoln's Jolly Brewer and adds obscure 80's and punk to the mix. Scotty Science who djs regularly at Lincoln's Strait and Narrow and various funk/soul nights in the east Midlands and finally but not least John Dalton who cut his teeth at Barefoot Rock playing everything from 60's to 90's mod to shoegazing hits.
